SEATTLE - Washington men's tennis takes on a couple opponents from one state east and one state south this weekend, first hosting Idaho this Friday at 4 p.m. at the Nordstrom Tennis Center, and then heading to Eugene to take on the Oregon Ducks this Sunday, Feb. 21, at 12 noon. The Oregon match was rescheduled from a week ago and will not be an official Pac-12 counting dual.

The Huskies head into the weekend with a 3-2 record, coming off a victory on Monday over Seattle U. This is the last week before UW officially begins its Pac-12 slate, as the Huskies visit the Arizona schools next week.

Idaho only just began its season on Wednesday, losing a 5-2 decision in its opener against Gonzaga. Francisco Bascon did give the Vandals a straight set victory at the No. 1 singles match.

Oregon has gone 5-0 thus far, with two wins against BYU to start the year, then two wins over Portland State, and one win against Portland. The Ducks have two players ranked nationally in singles. Joshua Charlton is No. 30 and Emmanuel Coste comes in at No. 76.
