THE GAME: Oregon State (11-11, 7-9 Pac-12) hits the road this week, beginning with a stop in Berkeley to face California (8-17, 3-15 Pac-12) at 7 p.m. on Thursday.

vs. CALIFORNIA: Oregon State and California are meeting for the 156th time with the Golden Bears holding an 89-66 advantage, including a 46-24 edge in games played in Berkeley.
Since the 1994-95 season, the Golden Bears are 18-3 on their home court in the series with the Oregon State wins coming in 1998, 2006 and 2009.
The teams opened the 2020-21 season with non-conference game on Nov. 25 that Oregon State won, 71-63, at Gill Coliseum. They met again in the Pac-12 opener on Jan. 2 at Gill that the Beavers won, 73-64. Ethan Thompson averaged a team-best 15.5 points in the two games.
