No. 20 Arizona Gets Gritty Win Over Oregon
TUCSON, Ariz. - The Wildcats muscle through Oregon for a 5-2 win at LaNelle Robson Tennis Center.
Every match was hard fought in the doubles point with Filip Malbasic and Nick Lagaev winning the point on a 7-5 tiebreaker. Carlos Hassey and No. 54 Filip Malbasic won in straight sets to make the lead 3-0. Nick Lagaev clinched the match on court 6 with a three set win. Arizona is now 2-0 in Pac-12 play and still remains undefeated at home.
The Wildcats will play again tomorrow against New Mexico at 1pm MST.
