FAIRFAX, Calif. - Stanford women's golf's 1-under 287 on Tuesday was the best round in the field at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational, as the Cardinal closed Washington's gap by 10 strokes to finish in second place. Stanford was paced by freshman Sadie Englemann and junior Aline Krauter, who both shot 3-under 69s on Tuesday. Englemann (eighth) and Krauter (tied for ninth) were Stanford's top-two finishers, with freshman Rachel Heck and sophomore Angelina Ye both finishing the tournament tied for 11th.
