PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Arman Samimi, So., F, CALIFORNIA (La Jolla, Calif.)

• In his first game of the season, Samimi came off the bench to total three points in California's 3-2 win at San Diego State.
• Assisted on Fahmi Ibrahim's first-half equalizer just five minutes after entering as a substitution.
• Later scored the game-winner in the 81st minute to lift the Golden Bears.
• Playing close to home, the La Jolla product helped Cal earn its first win and first Pac-12 win of the year.
