SAN FRANCISCO – Utah cross country senior Poppy Tank was officially named to the All-Pac-12 First-Team for the second-straight year the league announced after another outstanding performance at the conference race.
The Plymouth, England, native continued to improve throughout the shortened season for Utah and came in sixth-place for the second-consecutive year with a time of 19:33.80 at the Pac-12 Championships.
With the honor, Tank becomes the only Ute named to the first-team twice let alone in back-to-back years. The only other Women of Utah to earn multiple All-Pac-12 honors are Amanda Mergaert (2011 [2nd], 2012 [1st]) and Grayson Murphy (2016 [2nd], 2017 [1st]).

Tank joined an elite group of Utah runners when she captured All-America honors this past Monday when she placed 27th in her third NCAA Cross Country Championships race, joining the likes of Mergaert and Murphy.
