David Puig Earns Pac-12 Men's Golfer of the Month Award

Sun Devil David Puig has earned the Pac-12 Golfer of the Month for January/February as the Sun Devils get ready to travel to the Goodwin hosted by Stanford (March 25-27) this week. He posted a 69.75 scoring average in the first four tournaments of the season.

Puig won the Southwestern Invitational at the end of January with a 10-under 206 (70-66-70) and then won the Amer Ari Intercollegiate with a 13-under 203 (67-68-68) as the Sun Devils also captured the team title. He finished in the top-10 in the first four events of the season, as the Sun Devils didn't play in the fall but are scheduled to play 12 tournaments in the spring.
