STANFORD, Calif. - No. 35 Stanford produced its ninth straight victory on Friday afternoon, cruising past No. 47 Washington State 6-1 at Taube Family Tennis Stadium.

Navigating through a seven-match homestand, Stanford (9-0, 5-0 Pac-12) captured the doubles point and quickly secured the win thanks to dominant singles play at the top of the lineup.

Leading 1-0, Angelica Blake (6-0, 6-1), Emily Arbuthnott (6-4, 6-1) and Michaela Gordon (6-3, 6-2) followed with straight-set wins.

In addition to winning 75 of its last 79 matches at Taube Family Tennis Stadium, the Cardinal has won 43 of its last 44 regular-season Pac-12 contests.

The Cardinal concludes its homestand on Saturday, hosting No. 49 Washington.
