No. 1 UW Women Back In Action At Lake Las Vegas Pac-12 Invitational

Apr 7, 2021

The No. 1-ranked Washington women's rowing team travels back to Henderson, Nev., this weekend for the Lake Las Vegas Pac-12 Invitational, a two-day, seven-team regatta.

The Huskies opened their season March 6 at Lake Las Vegas, sweeping three races from Washington State. The past several years, the Washington women have been regular visitors to the venue, usually scheduling two races per season there. This weekend's regatta represents the second intercollegiate competition of the UW women's 2021 season.

This Saturday and Sunday, five Pac-12 programs, as well as the University of Alabama and the University of San Diego, will compete in the two-day event, though the Huskies will face only Alabama, Oregon State, and Washington State. USC and California will also compete, though not in races against UW.
