Ten Trojans Earn MPSF All-Academic Honors

Apr 7, 2021

USC men's water polo has landed 10 Trojans on the MPSF's All-Academic honor roll for 2020-21. The accolades are bestowed on all MPSF student-athletes with at least one year of study at their institution who hold at cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. This season's honors were extended to all players on team rosters regardless of participation level, due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on this season's competition.

For juniors Alexander Lansill and Hannes Daube, this is their second set of MPSF All-Academic accolades. The other eight Trojans — Chris Agliozzo, Garrett Allen, Matt Harrison, Marcus Longton, Henry Saunders, Chris Sturtevant, Stefan Vavic and Bennett Winther — are first-timers on the honor roll. Harrison and Winther weigh in with the highest GPAs of the group at 3.77 and 3.56, respectively.
