USC's Jordan Scott Named Pac-12 Field Athlete Of The Week
USC triple jumper Jordan Scott was named the Pac-12 Men's Field Athlete of the Week for the week of March 29-April 4 it was announced by the Conference today (April 7).
Scott won the men's triple jump at the Florida Relays with a jump of 55-7.75/16.96m (+0.9), nearly two feet farther than the second place finisher. The graduate transfer's jump also moved him into third place on USC's all-time men's outdoor triple jump list. Scott's jump is more than three feet farther than the next best men's triple jump recorded by a Pac-12 athlete this season.
Scott came to USC this season after doing his undergraduate work at Virginia where he was a three-time All-American and won the 2019 NCAA indoor triple jump title.
