Aguilera and Talley Named All-Pac-12

TUCSON, Ariz. -- Two Arizona Wildcats received All-Pac-12 honors on Wednesday. Forwards Jill Aguilera and Jada Talley were both name All-Pac-12 Second Team for their performances throughout the 2020-21 season.

This is Aguilera's first All-Pac-12 honor, coming at the tail end of her best season as a Wildcat. Aguilera was a powerhouse for the Cats, finishing in first overall among the team. With nine goals and five assists she led the team offensively, scoring two game-winning goals and two braces. She has been in the Top-5 of the Pac-12 leader board in multiple categories for a majority of the season, finishing second in goals and second in points. She has reached a career 24 goals and 14 assists putting her in fourth place in UA history for career goals and fifth in assist. She has recently had her playing rights acquired by the Chicago Red Stars and will be playing her final season at Arizona in Fall 2021.

This marks Talley's second career All-Pac-12 honor, with her first coming at the conclusion of the 2019 season. This season she has shown both strength and resiliency on the pitch, finishing in second overall on the team. She scored six goals and earned six assists, accumulating 16 points in doing so. This put her in 7th in the Pac-12 for both goals scored and assists earned. Talley has now racked up a career 24 goals and 17 assists moving up to share 4th place with Aguilera in career goals in UA history as well as 4th in career assists. She has recently had her playing rights acquired by Racing Louisville FC and will be playing her final season at Arizona in Fall 2021.
