SANTA ROSA, Calif. - Stanford men's golf sits in fourth place after the first day of the 2021 Pac-12 Championships at Mayacama Golf Club. The Cardinal fired a 2-under 358 in the first round of the day before a 3-under 357 in the second round on Monday to finish with a 5-under 715. Arizona State leads the field at 25-under.

Fifth-year senior Henry Shimp is tied for eighth at the halfway point of the tournament, shooting a 4-under 140 combined on Monday. Shimp had seven birdies in the second round to finish with a 3-under 69. Ethan Ng is right on Shimp's heels, firing a 3-under 141 on the day. Ng shot a 68 in the first round of the day before a second-round 73. He registered two eagles on the day. Nate Menon finished the day with a 1-over 145 in a tie for 33rd, but played the last 28 holes at 6-under-par. He was a combined 3-under on the back on Monday.
