FRESHMEN DELIGHT
The future is looking bright for Utah lacrosse with three true freshman in the top-10 in scoring. In addition, the duo of Jordan Hyde and Drew Wasserman have left their mark in the freshmen record books.

Hailing from Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Hyde leads the team with 15 goals and is the single-season leader in goals among freshmen at Utah. Meanwhile, his 19 points is second-most on the team and recently passed teammate Branden Wilson (16, 2019) to be the single-season leader in points as well. In addition, his four goals and four points against Bellarmine is most in a single-game by any freshmen.

A product of Southlake, Texas, Wasserman is fourth in the freshmen record books with eight goals and third among freshmen with 11 points in a single-season.

LAST TIME OUT
Utah showed a lot of poise down the stretch in a road match against future ASUN opponent Cleveland State last Saturday, and held on for the 11-9 victory. The Utes had nine different players score with Jonathan Rose and Carson Moyer record multiple goals while Tyler Bradbury continues to add onto his assist total for the year with a pair of dimes.

The match saw both teams go back-and-forth all match, with three lead changes and six ties in the game before Utah separated itself with a 3-0 run that spanned from the final 1:43 of the third quarter and the first 4:32 of the fourth quarter. Zion Dechesere played great in net down the stretch and finished with 13 saves on the afternoon to help Utah secure the victory.
