Brad Reeves Named April Pac-12 Golfer of Month

May 6, 2021

TUCSON, Ariz. – A two-week run of championships and accolades continues for Arizona Men's Golf senior Brad Reeves who was named the Pac-12 Golfer of the Month for April following his playoff win for the Pac-12 individual championship. Reeves won the individual title to complete Arizona's sweep of the Pac-12 Championships following the team's four-stroke win over Arizona State for its first conference championship since 2004.

The Northern California native becomes the first Wildcat to win a Pac-12 Golfer of the Month award since Rich Saferian in February of 2010. Reeves' win at the Pac-12 Championships marked the first time a Wildcat had won a Pac-12 crown since 2010. Last month's win at Mayacama Golf Club was also the second of his career, following his two-stroke victory in the Arizona Intercollegiate in January.

Reeves posted top-20 finishes in the two other tournaments in April at the Augusta Hawkins Award Invitational and the ASU Thunderbird Invitational with scores of 4-under and 6-under respectively. He was also announced as a 2021 Palmer Cup Team selection earlier this week.

He and the rest of the Wildcats are preparing for NCAA Regionals as the No. 4 seed in the Cle Elum Regional in Washington state, beginning on Monday, May 17.
