St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – Arizona is one of eight programs across the nation that will play in a loaded 2021 Paradise Jam in the U.S. Virgin Islands next season.
Arizona, DePaul, Northwestern, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, South Dakota, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt will play at the University of the Virgin Islands Sports and Fitness Center on St. Thomas from November 25-27, 2021. The event will be back in the Virgin Islands after COVID-19 forced it to be cancelled in 2020.
All games will be streamed live on ESPN3 or ESPN+. The event gives teams a guaranteed three games, splitting the field into two, four-team tournaments. The champion of each division will be determined by best record, with scoring margin as the tiebreaker. The full game schedule will be announced at a later date.
Fan packages will be sold, giving fans the opportunity to come to the islands and cheer their team on. More information on fan travel will come later this year.
