May is #MentalHealth Awareness Month—time to focus on prioritizing mental health and acknowledging that it’s “OK not to be OK.”
It’s also time to stop the stigma and spread awareness on the impact of mental health illness.

Athletes who struggle with anxiety are not weak-minded. You might not even know that they are struggling internally. Mental health MATTERS and learning how to help athletes who struggle with it can help these athletes reach their full potential.
