Nuneviller Named to Team USA Collegiate National Team
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Oregon junior Brooke Nuneviller was selected to be a part of the USA Volleyball Collegiate National Team, and will take part in the team's training camp, June 13-18 in Anaheim, Calif.
Nuneviller was selected to the 28-player roster as a libero for the second year in a row, coming off of a second-team All-American season this spring in which she helped lead the Ducks to a Sweet Sixteen appearance. This is the second consecutive year that Nuneviller has been selected to the Collegiate National Team after earning a spot last year.
She is coming off a spectacular all-around season in which she became the first Pac-12 player in the rally scoring era to average at least 4.0 digs and 3.0 kills per set, finishing with 4.04 digs and 3.46 kills per game. Nuneviller was also one of just four players nationally and the only one at a Power 5 school to average at least 3.4 kills and 4.0 digs per set this year and led the Pac-12 with 16 double-doubles.
The 2021 All-Pac-12 and AVCA All-Region selection already boasts a wealth of Team USA experience. In addition to being selected to the Collegiate National Team last year, Nuneviller played for the U.S. Women's Junior National Team in the summer of 2019 and also played libero for the USA Youth National Team three straight summers from 2016-18 prior to arriving at Oregon.
