CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team is set to compete at the NCAA National Championship, which is scheduled for Friday through Wednesday at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Finals play consists of three days of stroke play Friday through Sunday (54 holes), after which the top 15 teams and nine individuals not on an advancing team will be determined. That is followed by a final day of 18 holes of stroke play on Monday to determine the top eight teams that will advance to match play as well as the 72-hole individual champion.
The team national champion will be determined by a match-play format that will consist of quarterfinals and semifinals conducted on Tuesday, followed by the finals on Wednesday.

Field: 30 teams and 6 individuals
BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State's lineup will feature Carson Barry, Kyosuke Hara, Jackson Lake, Shawn Lu and Spencer Tibbits. Mateo Fuenmayor will be the team's alternate.
TEE TIMES: There will be tee times beginning at 6:10 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Tee times for the final round of stoke play on Monday will begin at 10 a.m. Match play on Tuesday begins at 6:20 a.m. and the championship match will start at 1:35 p.m. on Wednesday.

This is the first time Oregon State has advanced to the NCAA National Championship since 2010 and just the fourth time since 1967. The Beavers made the NCAA National Championship nine previous times in school history -- 1950, 1959, 1960, 1964, 1966, 1967, 1994, 2001 and 2010.
