Ten Pac-12 rowers invited to USRowing U23 National Team Selection Camp

SAN FRANCISCO — Ten Pac-12 student-athletes are among the 54 rowers invited to the 2021 USRowing Under 23 National Team Selection Camps this summer. Seven women's rowers from the Conference will report to the University of Iowa, while three men will travel to Northeastern University from June 1-20. 

Washington leads the way with five total invitations, including four on the women’s side. California and Stanford will be represented by one selection each at the men’s and women’s camps, while Oregon State’s Sierra Bishop will represent the Beavers at the women’s camp. 

Each camp will select the athletes who will represent the United States in the men’s eight, men’s four with coxswain and men’s quadruple sculls at the 2021 World Rowing Under 23 Championships. The event will take place July 7-11 in Racice, Czech Republic.
