The 2021 FIBA U19 Men's Basketball World Cup will be played in Lativia from July 3-11. The last time the U19 World Cup was held in Latvia was in 2011 and it was Lithuania that came away with their only U19 title. The members of this preliminary roster began training camp on June 1 in Klaipeda and will have other training camps prior to the start of the event in Latvia.
Both Azuolas and Tautvilas were on the LIthuanian team that competed at the 2018 FIBA U16 European Championships, where they helped the team to a seventh place finish.
In his first season in Tucson, Azuolas earned Honorable Mention All Pac-12 honors and was a two-time Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honoree. He averaged 12.2 points and a team-high 7.1 rebounds per game while shooting 49.8% from the floor. The forward scored in double figures 17 times, highlighted by a 31-point, eight-rebound performance against projected NBA Draft Lottery Pick Evan Mobley and USC.
Tautvilas appeared in five games in his first season as a Wildcat and scored one point and grabbed one rebound.
