Isanovic Named To Academic All-District Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – With high levels of success on the court and in the classroom, Iman Isanovic was named to the 2020-21 CoSIDA Academic All-District Team.
 
The sophomore from Bosnia and Herzegovina has a cumulative GPA of 4.0 while pursuing her degree in political science. In her district (8), she is one of three Pac-12 honorees. She is the first from Sun Devil Volleyball to earn this nod since 2018. As a first team recipient, Isanovic is eligible for Academic All-America, which will be announced in July.

In her sophomore campaign, Isanovic had a stellar season. She finished the year with 265, a team-high and fifth in the conference, and earned double figures in 15 matches. She also collected five double-doubles and notched 20-plus kills twice. For her efforts, she earned All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention.
