The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced that the UCLA women's swimming & diving team has earned Scholar All-America honors for its efforts in the classroom last quarter. The team earned the honor after posting a GPA of 3.54
"Coach Wolfrum continues to set the standard for success both in the pool and the classroom," noted CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart. "These are some of the best ambassadors of UCLA and Athletic Director Jarmond, Chancellor Block, and Dr. Michael Teitell (Faculty Athletic Representative) can and should be proud of these 31 women."
In total, 721 programs from 426 institutions earned the honor. CSCAA will name its individual Scholar All-America team next week.
