Fleming led UCLA to the College Cup in 2017 and 2019 and was selected to the College Cup All-Tournament team both years. During her freshman season, she led UCLA in goals scored (11) and points (27) and was named Top Drawer Soccer's National Freshman of the Year. She was a finalist for the 2017 MAC Hermann Trophy after leading the Bruins to the NCAA Championship game, and although she missed half of the 2018 season while on Canadian National Team duty, Fleming still totaled five goals and five assists in just 11 games and was a first-team All-Pac-12 honoree. In 2019, she again was selected as a finalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy, and she finished her collegiate career with 25 goals, 22 assists and 72 points.

Fleming has enjoyed a long career with the Canadian National Team, making her senior team debut in 2013 at age 15. She has totaled 84 caps with 11 goals and five assists and played in the the last two World Cups, playing in every minute of every match for the Canadians in 2019. Fleming now plays for Chelsea FC and helped the Blues win the FA League Cup and the WSL Championship.
