Brad Reeves Earns All-America Honor

Jul 12, 2021

TUCSON, Ariz. – After a senior season that included Pac-12 team and individual championships, Brad Reeves has been named a GCAA Second Team All-American. Reeves, the 2021 Pac-12 Golfer of the Year, gives Arizona Men's Golf's a second consecutive season with a GCAA All-American following Trevor Werbylo's recognition in 2020.

Reeves returned for his fifth season with the Wildcats after utilizing the NCAA's eligibility relief following the cancelled 2020 season due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. He began his final season by picking up his first collegiate victory with a win at the Arizona Intercollegiate by two strokes and propelled the Wildcats to a team victory.

The California native went on to play in all eight tournaments for the Wildcats this season, including a total of four top-10 finishes. His final scoring average of the season, 70.40, tied for the third lowest in program history.

Reeves was dominant in his play in the month of April when he was named the Pac-12 Golfer of the Month. He became the first Wildcat since 2008 to win an individual Pac-12 Championship as the program won its first team conference championship since 2004. Reeves would go on to be named Pac-12 Golfer of the Year and earn a First Team All-Pac-12 selection.

After completing his eligibility, Reeves represented the United States at the Palmer Cup in Illinois in June.
