TUCSON, Ariz. – Yu-Sang Hou, a three-time WGCA All-American, will utilize her extra year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic and return to Arizona Women's Golf for a fifth season. Hou was a part of Arizona's 2018 national championship team as a freshman and has amassed a top-five career scoring average in program history.
The Taiwan native was a WGCA Second Team All-American and an All-Pac-12 selection last season while guiding Arizona to a third consecutive appearance in match play at the NCAA Championships.

Her 71.72 scoring average last season was the sixth lowest in program history. Hou's excellent play at the NCAA Championships helped make the Wildcats the only team in the nation to reach the semifinals of match play in each of the last three NCAA Championships.
Hou turned in a strong performance at the NCAA Stanford Regional when she shot a final round 66, a new career low, as Arizona advanced to the NCAA Championships.
The four-year standout has played 98 rounds in 32 tournaments in her collegiate career with a scoring average of 72.48. Hou has recorded 13 top-10 finishes in her four seasons as a Wildcat.
Hou and the rest of Arizona Women's Golf will officially begin the 2021-22 season at the ANNIKA Invitational in Lake Elmo, Minnesota on September 13.
