TUCSON, Ariz. — The Wildcats took the field twice on Monday. Yes, twice.
In a unique approach to Fall Camp, Arizona split their roster approximately in two and fielded two practices — one in the morning and one later in the evening. This model allowed for more personal instruction and evaluation of the entire roster.
Monday was another day in shoulder pads and helmets for the Wildcats. The team will enjoy a day off on Tuesday before strapping on full pads in their return to action on Wednesday.

Quote of the Day
"From spring to now I think [the defense] has improved just straight up. I think we've done a great job as a defense. Everyone pretty much understands the playbook now so we're playing a lot faster as a unit ... I mean we've got Don Brown as a Defensive Coordinator, anything can happen. Everyone's bought it, everyone is making plays." -LB Anthony Pandy on how much the defense can improve in one year
