Lacrosse Lands Record Number on Pac-12 Honor Roll

SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 Conference announced the 2021 Spring Academic Honor Roll, recognizing the hard work of the student-athletes in the classroom.

A total of 35 members of the Sun Devil Lacrosse earned a spot on the list, smashing the previous program record. As a whole, Arizona State Athletics landed 178 student-athletes on the Spring Academic Honor Roll, the fourth-highest total in the conference.

The awards add to the academic success of the program, having recently landed a program record 12 individuals on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. In addition, a total of 17 members of the program graduated in the Spring with some in the midst of earning graduate degrees.

Under new guidelines instituted by the Conference's Faculty Athletics Representatives, student-athletes qualified for the distinction if they maintained a grade-point average of 3.3 or above. A total of 1,996 student-athletes were recognized for their work in the classroom and named to the Spring Academic Honor Roll.
