UW Alums In Action This Weekend with AU Pro Sports League

SEATTLE -- There will be five Washington Husky alums on the field this weekend in the first action of the season in the Athletes Unlimited professional softball league.
The unique league structure involves changing team captains and new teams every week.
For the first week of this season, UW's Victoria Hayward was selected as a captain based on her performance in the league last season. Hayward added two more Huskies to her squad, picking Sis Bates and Ali Aguilar in the draft. The other two Washington alums in the draft were Taran Alvelo and Courtney Gano, who were both picked on Team Piancastelli.
