UCLA to Face Chico State in Exhibition Game on Nov. 4

LOS ANGELES – The UCLA men's basketball program will face Chico State in an exhibition game on Thursday, Nov. 4, in Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom.
 
The game time and TV affiliation for the exhibition game will be finalized at a later date.
 
The Bruins' exhibition contest against Chico State will tip-off UCLA's 17-game home schedule in 2021-22. UCLA will open the regular season against CSU Bakersfield the following Tuesday (Nov. 9) in Pauley Pavilion. The Bruins' game versus Chico State will open a string of five consecutive home contests for UCLA before the team heads to Las Vegas during the week of Nov. 22-27.
 
UCLA's game against Chico State will mark the Bruins' only exhibition game before the regular season begins. Chico State posted a 23-7 overall record and a 17-5 mark in the CCAA (California Collegiate Athletic Association) in 2019-20. Chico State did not compete in 2020-21, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
