EUGENE, Ore. – Joshua Charlton and Quinn Vandecasteele are the No. 12 doubles team in the country with Tuesday's release of the ITA preseason rankings. Overall, the Oregon men's tennis team collected three preseason rankings.

In their first season as a team, Charlton and Vandecasteele posted a 10-3 record including a pair of wins over top-25 opponents. The Ducks' duo was the top-ranked team in the Northwest region following the spring season, and checked in at No. 38 in the year-end national poll.
Individually, Charlton is ranked No. 90 in the preseason singles release. He posted a 13-6 record during the recent spring season, playing between the No. 1 and 2 spots in the UO lineup. Charlton tallied two wins over ranked opponents, pushing his career total to seven.
Charlton and Vandecasteele represent the top-ranked duo from the Pac-12 in Tuesday's release.
The Ducks drew a second top-60 doubles ranking with the team of Jesper Klöv-Nilsson and newcomer Ivailo Keremedchiev, the No. 55 pair in the preseason poll. Last spring, Klöv-Nilsson led the Ducks with an 18-3 record in singles play and was 13-10 in doubles with senior Emmanuel Coste.
Keremedchiev, a transfer from Louisiana, was 8-8 atop the Ragin' Cajuns' singles lineup and won 10 matches in doubles play last season.
