Top-ranked matches highlight weekend slate of Pac-12 women’s soccer and women’s volleyball on Pac-12 Networks

Defending women’s soccer National Champion No. 8 Santa Clara takes on 4th-ranked UCLA today, September 9, at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network
 
SAN FRANCISCO - An exciting slate of Pac-12 women’s soccer and women’s volleyball is set to kick off today and continue throughout the weekend, as some of the best teams in the country go toe to toe on Pac-12 Networks.
 
The Pac-12 women’s soccer season continues this week, starting with a matchup between No. 22 BYU and Utah today, Sept. 9, at 5 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network, with Krista Blunk on the call.
 
Thursday evening features a highly-anticipated showdown between last year’s women’s soccer National Champion No. 8 Santa Clara and perennial contender No. 4 UCLA, with kick-off at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network. In the booth for that marquee matchup will be Christian Miles and Tristan Bailey.
 
 
Women’s soccer action continues Sunday with a three-game slate. To kick off Sunday’s action will be Arizona State hosting No. 21 Texas Tech at 10 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. MT on the Pac-12 Now app, with Brian Webber on the call. Following that game will be the No. 11 Stanford Cardinal hosting Loyola Marymount at 1 p.m. PT / 2 p.m. MT on the Pac-12 Now app. Ted Enberg will be on commentary duties for that tilt. Wrapping up this week’s women’s soccer slate will be Nebraska traveling to Arizona at 1 p.m. PT / 2 p.m. MT on the Pac-12 Now app, with Brian Webber returning to the booth.
 
On the women’s volleyball side, this week features a host of the best teams in the country facing off. Kicking off the slate is No. 13 Minnesota against No. 14 Stanford, with action set to begin Friday at 4 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network, with Rich Burk and Nicole Rigoni in the booth. Friday evening, No. 11 Oregon hosts No. 18 Penn State at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network, with Rich Burk and Nicole Rigoni on the call for the second time that evening.
 
 
Saturday afternoon has No. 14 Stanford taking on No. 18 Penn State beginning at 4 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. MT on the Pac-12 Now app. Finishing off the week’s women’s volleyball action will be the No. 11 Oregon Ducks squaring off with No. 13 Minnesota at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT on the Pac-12 Now app, and Rich Burk will once again be on the call for both of those contests.
