Freshmen Pair Jackson Rivera, Daniel Tang Pace USC Men's Golf Second Round In Texas

Freshmen Jackson Rivera and Daniel Tang paced the USC men's golf team's second-round efforts Tuesday (Sept. 14) in the Maridoe Invitational at the Maridoe G.C. in Carrollton, Texas.
USC is 14th at 46-over 622 (309-313). Arizona State leads the field at par.
Rivera, who led USC in his collegiate debut with a tie for 18th, is again topping Troy, now tied for 30th at 6-over 150 (74-76). Fellow freshman Gavin Aurilia is tied for 61st at 12-over 156 (77-79).
Graduate transfer Alex Ross (77-81) and Tang (81-77) are tied for 64th at 14-over 158. Redshirt freshman Parker Rostowsky 71st at 25-over 169 (83-86).
The event concludes Wednesday. Golf Channel will air live coverage from 1-4 p.m. PT.
