Runnin' Utes and Horned Frogs Inked for 2021 and 2022

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah men's basketball team added another game to its non-conference schedule with the addition of TCU in a neutral site game on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at Dickies Arena. The Horned Frogs will then return the trip to SLC in 2022 and play the Runnin' Utes at Vivint Arena on Wednesday, Dec. 21.
 
Fans can purchase tickets to the 21st meeting between the Utes and Horned Frogs beginning this Friday, Sept. 17, at 9 a.m. (MT) / 10 a.m. (CT) on Ticketmaster.com.
 
Utah leads the head-to-head record between the two former Mountain West foes 16-4 overall while also leading when playing at home (9-2) and on the road 5-2). The Utes are also 2-0 against TCU in neutral site game.
 
The last time the two squared off was back in 2011, Utah's last season in the MWC, saw the Utes sneak past the Horned Frogs 50-48 inside the Jon M. Huntsman Center. That victory gave Utah its seventh-consecutive win against TCU.
