Christopher Brooks Scored Cal's Lone Touchdown On Saturday
  • Cal now leads the all-time series with the Cougars, 48-29-5. The home team had won every meeting since 2015 prior to today.
  • Christopher Brooks notched his 15th career touchdown (11th rushing) on Cal's opening drive of the game.
  • Cal has produced at least one drive in the first quarter of every game going 63 yards or more. The Bears' opening drive that ended with Brooks' touchdown capped a seven-play, 79-yard drive.
  • Making his Cal debut, Nate Rutchena recorded his first career interception in the second quarter.
