Jasie Dunk and Anna Bright finally got to play their main draw doubles opener at the 2019 ITA All-American Championships, and the 13th-ranked Cal duo defeated another highly ranked team on to reach the second round at the Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Golden Bear juniors defeated the 17th-ranked Alexa Bortles and Sabina Machalova of Ole Miss, 8-6, in an opening round of 32 match that had been postponed a day earlier due to rain. When rain hit Tulsa again, tournament officials moved consolation singles matches – including Bright's – from Tulsa to Oklahoma State's Greenwood Tennis Center in Stillwater.
