Bruins in the NFL: Week 4

Seventeen former UCLA football standouts were in action during Week 4 of the 2021 NFL season. There was a reunion of offensive linemen at SoFi Stadium, where Scott Quessenberry's Los Angeles Chargers defeated Andre James, Kolton Miller and the Las Vegas Raiders. All three players had starting roles for the 2016 and 2017 Bruins. The Chargers will receive a Week 5 visit from Demetric Felton, Takkarist McKinley and the Cleveland Browns.

  • Jayon Brown, ILB, Tennessee Titans – In 19 snaps off the bench, Brown posted one solo tackle.

  • Kenny Clark, NT, Green Bay Packers – Starter Clark was a frequent visitor to the Pittsburgh backfield, turning in four total tackles – including one for a loss of two yards. He also hurried quarterback Ben Roethlisberger once and recovered a first-quarter fumble by the signal caller in Green Bay's win vs. Pittsburgh.

  • Ka'imi Fairbairn, K, Houston Texans – In his return to the active roster following a stint on injured reserve, Fairbairn delivered the kickoff to open second-half play.

  • Demetric Felton, RB, Cleveland Browns – Felton caught two balls for 12 total yards, including a long of nine. The rookie also took back five punts for 25 total yards in Cleveland's win at Minnesota.

  • Darnay Holmes CB, New York Giants – Holmes assisted on one tackle in the Giants' overtime win at New Orleans.

  • Myles Jack, MLB, Jacksonville Jaguars – Jack logged eight total tackles in a starting role during Thursday night's game.

  • Eric Kendricks, MLB, Minnesota Vikings – Starter Kendricks tied for the game high with 10 total tackles. He is currently third in the league with 47 stops.

  • Marcedes Lewis, TE, Green Bay Packers – Starter Lewis made one catch for seven yards in Green Bay's win vs. Pittsburgh.

  • Takkarist McKinley, DE, Cleveland Browns – McKinley came off the bench to deliver a sack of Minnesota quarterback Kirk Cousins, driving him back for a loss of nine yards. He also posted a tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry in Cleveland's win at Minnesota.

  • Fabian Moreau, CB, Atlanta Falcons – Starter Moreau contributed four total tackles, including one for a loss of two yards.

  • Osa Odighizuwa, DT, Dallas Cowboys – Starter Odighizuwa was active again, posting three total tackles in the Dallas win vs. Carolina. The rookie made half a sack for three yards and added one tackle for a loss of two yards and three quarterback hurries.

  • Matthew Slater, WR, New England Patriots – Slater made an impact on the punt coverage team, making one tackle and downing another kick at the 5-yard line.

  • Kenny Young, ILB, Los Angeles Rams – Starter Young made five total tackles, including one for a loss of three yards.
