Pro Bears NFL Week 4

Oct 6, 2021
Keenan Allen had a game-high seven catches in the Los Angeles Chargers' 28-14 home win over Las Vegas on Monday Night Football.

Six former Cal football players – Keenan Allen, Stephen Anderson, Bryan Anger, DeSean Jackson, Patrick Mekari and Aaron Rodgers – are on 3-1 NFL teams after four weeks of the NFL season.

Allen (game-high 7 receptions, 36 yards) and Anderson (1 reception, 34 yards) helped the Los Angeles Chargers to a 28-14 home win on Monday Night Football over a previously unbeaten Las Vegas squad to wrap up Week 4 action. On Sunday, Anger averaged 47.5 per punt on four punts including a season-long 63-yarder in Dallas' 36-28 home win over Carolina, Mekari started and played all 73 offensive snaps at right tackle in Baltimore's 23-7 win at Denver and Rodgers (20-26, 248 yards) threw for two touchdowns and ran for another in Green Bay's 27-17 home win over Pittsburgh.

Jackson had one reception for six yards for a Los Angeles Rams' squad that suffered its first loss of the 2021 season to unbeaten NFC West Division rival Arizona (4-0) also on Sunday.

Following is how each of Cal's 14 former players on active NFL rosters and four on coaching staffs fared in Week 4, as well as a list of five additional former Cal players on practices squads, one on an injured/reserve list and four currently coaching in the NFL with each name linking to their Pro Football Reference bios for players and team bio for coaches.
