SALT LAKE CITY – Things are already heating up in the NFL four games into the season with week five looming as 22 former Utes suit up for their respective teams to capture more wins, move up the leader board, and create some career-best moments.
It will be a battle of the 2018 Utes in the first game of the week as the Los Angeles Rams take on the Seattle Seahawks in the Pacific Northwest on Thursday night. The game will feature four Utes who played on the team in 2018, including Terrell Burgess (Rams), Matt Gay (Rams), Cody Barton (Seattle) and Marquise Blair (Seattle).
Heading into week five, several Utes and their teams are sitting at the top of their divisions, including the Arizona Cardinals (Leki Fotu, Kylie Fitts) who is currently the only undefeated team left in the NFL. They are 4-0, leading the NFC West with the Dallas Cowboys (Bradlee Anae, Francis Bernard) leading the NFC East at 3-1. The Buffalo Bills (Zack Moss, Star Lotulelei) also have a commanding lead in the AFC East, sitting at 3-1 through four games.
