Race For Change This Saturday

BERKELEY – On Saturday,  join the Cal women's basketball team when it participates in the Race for Change, with the Golden Bears beginning their 5K walk/run from Eastshore Park at Lake Merritt at 4 p.m.. And if you can't be there in person, you can join the team virtually by walking or running in your own communities.
 

To contribute to the fundraiser, please click here and select AD Excellence Fund. Every dollar goes towards Cal Athletics' efforts to create an inclusive department for student-athletes and staff. Donations will be accepted through Monday, Oct. 18, and all proceeds will go to the Cal Athletics Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging office. Last year, the Bears raised $8,300 for the DEIB office, and this year's goal is $,9500.
