Lydia Grote made her return to the Cal lineup in the second set, recording back-to-back kills. The Buffs used a 3-0 run to go up 15-10 as the Bears took their first timeout, and the home team couldn't recover from there giving CU a 2-0 lead in the match.

Colorado jumped out 7-0 in the third and cruised to a 3-0 victory in the match.
