CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State volleyball team (3-14, 1-6 Pac-12) kept it a close battle for three sets against No. 25 Washington State (11-6, 5-2 Pac-12) but weren't able to steal a set to eventually fall 3-0 (21-25, 19-25, 18-25) to the Cougars on DAM Cancer night.

Senior outside hitter Maddie Goings paced the Beavers with 14 kills while picking up four digs and two blocks. As a team, the Cougars finished with seven blocks, led by Magda Jehlarova finishing with one solo and five assists. Offensively, Pia Timmer was the lone Cougar to finish with double-digit kills (17).
