OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Shanade Hopcroft, Sr., Colorado (Aylesbury, England)

  • The senior midfielder was featured as the No. 2 play on Sunday's ESPN SportsCenter Top 10 with a bicycle-kick goal in Colorado’s 2-2 double overtime draw versus then-No. 13 Stanford.
  • Hopcroft also assisted on Colorado's second goal to tie the game and force the Cardinal into overtime.
  • Three points helped the Buffaloes secure their first-ever result against the Cardinal in 13 meetings dating to 2007.
  • The senior now leads the team with five goals and eight assists (18 points). 

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Courtney Boone, Fr., California (West Covina, Calif.)

  • Boone helped California secure its fifth shutout of the season, the lone clean sheet of the week in the Pac-12, with a 1-0 win over Utah.
  • Boone started and played 89 minutes, helping hold Utah to only three shots on target.
  • Matched up with Utah's leading scorer Taliana Kaufusi for most of the game, holding her without a shot in the match.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK: Angelina Anderson, Jr., California (Danville, Calif.)

  • Recorded her fifth shutout of the season in California's 1-0 win over Utah. 
  • The junior goalkeeper made three saves, including a couple of diving stops to keep the clean sheet. 
  • The Golden Bears were the only Pac-12 team to keep a clean sheet during this weekend's games, holding Utah without a goal on 11 shots faced.
