LOS ANGELES – The UCLA women's swim & dive team will host its first dual meet of the 2021-22 season this Saturday, welcoming MPSF-member UC Santa Barbara to Spieker Aquatics Center. The meet will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Admission is free, and the event is open to the public.
The meet will follow a standard event format, though diving will not be part of the day's competition.
The Bruins will be seeking their 10th dual meet win under third-year head coach Jordan Wolfrum, as UCLA posted a 7-3 record in her debut 2019-20 season before going 2-1 during the abbreviated 2020-21 campaign.
UCLA and UCSB last met on Oct. 25, 2019, with the Bruins logging a 162-100 win. UCLA won 12 of 14 events that day, moving to 35-1 all-time in head-to-head matchups against the Gauchos.
