December 4 Cal-USC Game At 8 PM On FS1

Nov 16, 2021
Sixth-year senior Cameron Goode and the Golden Bears will wrap up their regular season by hosting USC on Dec. 4.

SAN FRANCISCO – The Cal-USC Pac-12 contest scheduled to take place on Dec. 4 will kick off at 8 pm PST and be televised live by FS1. The contest will serve as the regular-season finale for both teams and also the Golden Bears' annual Joe Roth Game honoring their late quarterback and Senior Day for all of the Bears playing in their final home game at FTX Field at California Memorial Stadium. The game had originally been scheduled to take place on Nov. 13 but was postponed due to positive COVID-19 tests in the Cal football program.

Cal and USC are slated to resume a series that was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 when the teams did not meet for the first time since 1920 to end a string of 99 consecutive campaigns in which they had played each other at least once. Cal and USC have played a total of 118 times since the series began in 1912 with USC holding a 71-31-5 all-time lead. Cal's most recent victory came in 2018 with a 15-14 triumph at United Airlines Field at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, while the Bears' most recent win in Berkeley was a 34-31 triple overtime victory in 2003.

Additional information on the all-time series can be found at CalBears.com.

Radio broadcasts of all Cal football games can also be heard live on KGO 810 AM, the Cal Bears Sports Network powered by Learfield, The Varsity Network app, Sirius XM and TuneIn.
