Bruins in the NFL: Week 12

Twenty-two former UCLA football standouts were in action during Week 12 of the 2021 NFL season. Krys Barnes of Green Bay and Darnay Holmes of the New York Giants were on the receiving ends of turnovers in wins by their respective teams. Barnes, Kenny Clark and Marcedes Lewis helped the Packers to an intra-conference win against the Los Angeles Rams.

  • Eli Ankou, NT, Buffalo Bills – Ankou made one tackle in his debut with Buffalo, a Thanksgiving win at New Orleans. He will remain with the Bills as a member of their practice squad. •
  • Krys Barnes, ILB, Green Bay Packers – Starter Barnes came up big, posting a team-high nine total tackles, one pass defensed and a fourth-quarter fumble recovery in Green Bay's 36-28 triumph over the Los Angeles Rams.

  • Anthony Barr, OLB, Minnesota Vikings – Starter Barr made eight total tackles.

  • Jayon Brown, ILB, Tennessee Titans – Brown recorded eight total tackles and one pass defensed in a starting role.

  • Kenny Clark, NT, Green Bay Packers – Starter Clark racked up six total tackles – including one sack of Los Angeles Rams signal caller Matthew Stafford for a loss of eight yards – and two quarterback hurries in Green Bay's win.

  • Ka'imi Fairbairn, K, Houston Texans – Fairbairn missed a 55-yard field goal attempt wide left, but converted both his extra point tries and had two of his three kickoffs result in touchbacks.

  • Demetric Felton, RB, Cleveland Browns – Felton had his lone punt return go for a loss of three yards.

  • Darnay Holmes, CB, New York Giants – Starter Holmes made his second-career interception, which he took back for 15 yards, in the Giants' win versus Philadelphia. He also made three total tackles.

  • Myles Jack, OLB, Jacksonville Jaguars – Starter Jack made a team-best eight total tackles.

  • Joshua Kelley, RB, Los Angeles Chargers – Kelley was productive with his three touches, logging one carry for five yards and two receptions for 17 total yards.

  • Eric Kendricks, MLB, Minnesota Vikings – Kendricks made six total tackles in a starting role.
