Pro Dawgs In The NFL: Week 15 Recap

Several former Huskies are now playing in the National Football League. Below is a look back at last week's games, presented by Toyota.

NOTABLE PERFORMERS

Hometown Dawg Budda Baker was named a starter for the 2022 Pro Bowl. Baker is headed to his fourth Pro Bowl in four seasons. The Pro Bowl is at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Feb. 6.
 

Week after week the Huskies keep dominating in the NFL. Local Husky Myles Gaskin had 10 carries for 45 yards, including a 30-yard rush. Budda Baker recorded five tackles and one tackle for loss. Byron Murphy finished the day with two tackles for the Cardinals. Shaq Thompson had three tackles for the Panthers, he has 83 tackles so far this season. He ended the 2019 and 2020 seasons with over 100 tackles, and is well on his way to another 100+ year. Rookie Elijah Molden had four tackles and one tackle for loss for the Titans. Kevin King had three tackles in the Packers win over the Ravens. Vita Vea and Joe Tryon continued to dominate on defense for the Buccaneers. Tryon had four tackles, one sack, two fackles for loss and one quarterback hit. Vea finished the game with three tackles. Danny Shelton recorded three tackles for the Giants. Taylor Rapp had a stellar performance for the L.A. Rams with three takcles, one pass deflection, and a game winning interception. Greg Gaines also balled out on defense with two tackles and two quarterback hits.
