Kansas Ticket FAQs
Q: I bought tickets to the CU vs. Kansas game from the CU Athletic Ticket Office either as a season ticket or single game ticket how do I get my refund?
A: All customers who bought their tickets through CU were sent an email on December 21 giving them their choices to request a refund, credit, or make a philanthropic donation of the value to the Buff Club. Please check your email and respond using the form by January 7.
Q: When can I expect my refund, credit, or donation to be processed?
A: These transactions will be processed by January 31.
Q: If I elect to receive a credit, how long does my credit last?
A: The credit value from your tickets must be used during the remainder of the current 2021-2022 Men's Basketball season.
Q: I sold my tickets on Stub Hub. How do I obtain the opportunity for credit, refund, or donation?
A: All Stub Hub transactions will be cancelled, and the tickets will be returned to the original account holder. The original account holder will have the opportunity to decide between the credit, refund, or donation option.
Q: I purchased tickets via StubHub/another secondary site, Craig's List, Facebook Marketplace, etc. How do I obtain a refund?
A: Please contact the company/site/person that you originally purchased your tickets from and request your refund there. We cannot assist with these transactions.
Q: I had tickets transferred to me. Do I receive a refund, credit, or donation opportunity?
A: No. The transferred tickets will be returned to the original account holder. The original account holder will be able to select from a credit, refund, or donation to Buff Club.
Q: I am a CU student that had a student ticket to the game. Am I able to obtain a credit, refund, or donation opportunity?
A: CU student tickets are not eligible for the above options.
