Pro Dawgs In The NFL: Week 17 Recap

Several former Huskies are now playing in the National Football League. Below is a look back at last week's games, presented by Toyota.


Pro Dawgs are dominating in the NFL week after week. 4x Pro Bowler and hometown Dawg, Budda Baker, had three tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss and 1one quarterback hit. Teammate Byron Murphy had seven tackles and one tackle for loss. The DBU show continued as Taylor Rapp recorded six tackles and one tackle for loss. L.A. Rams teammate Greg Gaines also recorded 3 tackles in Sunda's win over the Ravens. Hornung Award winner, Shaq Thompson, had seven tackles and two tackle for loss. Thompson has 98 tackles on the season headed into the final week of the regular season. Rookie Keith Taylor Jr recorded six tackles. Myles Bryant had the biggest play of the weekend for the Pro Dawgs with an interception, running it back 33 yards in the Patriots win over the Jaguars. Bryant added three tackles, one pass deflection. 2020 Super Bowl champion, Vita Vea, had one tackle and one quarterback hit. Rookie teammate Joe Tryon had four tackles in the Buccaneers win. Washington record holder, Myles Gaskin, had 5 carries for 23 yards for the Dolphins. Rookie Levi Onwuzurike had three tackles and rookie Elijah Molden had one tackle and one pass deflection. Will Dissly recorded one reception for 8 yards. Kevin King had two tackles and veteran Desmond Trufant had one tackle.
