SAN FRANCISCO– Freshman Gianna Kneepkens has been named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week award for the second straight week, the conference announced on Monday. This is the fourth time she has claimed this honor this season.

Her four honors are the most by a single player in the Pac-12 this season. The Utes have taken home six freshman of the week honors this season. Utah has claimed this award for three-straight weeks.

The Duluth, Minn., native started the week off by scoring 17 points against then-No. 19 Oregon. She was 7-of-14 from the floor in the game. She grabbed five rebounds, three on the offensive end, and dished out two assists.
